A. Main responsibilities & duties

Recruitment Lifecycle (60%)

  • Reviewing job requirements and undertaking job evaluation exercises in conjunction with line managers
  • Working with line managers to design job descriptions and competency-based interviews
  • Supporting line managers to undertake various competency-based interviews
  • Managing onboarding processes of new hires
  • Managing exit processes
  • Managing various recruitment statistics

Performance Management (20%)

  • Reviewing HR processes and ensuring effective implementation within the business
  • Undertaking briefings with the board of management to roll out various HR initiatives
  • Advising managers on the performance management policy, procedure, and process
  • Supporting managers/team leaders to conduct probation and performance reviews
  • Assisting managers in dealing with performance and capability issues

Rewarding and Recognition, Engagement, and Office Life (20%)

  • Assisting the management team to promote various reward and recognition initiatives
  • Facilitate and work as a focal contact point in motivation & engagement initiatives
  • Grow and maintain a collaborative and engaging work

B. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as HRBP/ HR generalist/ Recruiter in fast-paced & collaborative working environment, preferably start-up companies
  • Familiar with HR analytics, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proper knowledge of HR as well as local labor laws and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a sufficient English level
  • Good task and time management skills
  • Good service-minded and problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable
