A. Main responsibilities & duties
- Manage Helpdesk End User: Desktop/laptop, printer, email, camera, fingerprint door, test equipment of the company.
- Manage company accounts & digital assets.
- Set up bot for slack to increase productivity for teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application problems.
- Replace and upgrade obsolete components and equipment when necessary.
- Having knowledgeable, regularly updated, new knowledge and market prices on hardware to advise BoMs when replacing or buying new equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
- Students in 3rd or 4th year or just graduated from IT major with passion for hardware.
- Meticulous, careful, honest and responsible for work.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
