A. Main responsibilities & duties

  • Manage Helpdesk End User: Desktop/laptop, printer, email, camera, fingerprint door, test equipment of the company.
  • Manage company accounts & digital assets.
  • Set up bot for slack to increase productivity for teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application problems.
  • Replace and upgrade obsolete components and equipment when necessary.
  • Having knowledgeable, regularly updated, new knowledge and market prices on hardware to advise BoMs when replacing or buying new equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments when required.

B. Requirements

  • Students in 3rd or 4th year or just graduated from IT major with passion for hardware.
  • Meticulous, careful, honest and responsible for work.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
